Why I became a fitness trainer.

Fitness for me is more than just a lifestyle change, as you may have heard. It’s more than just a thing you do, it becomes who you are.

To have the ability and the opportunity to teach others how to manage their stress levels, reduce fatigue, and achieve their daily tasks with optimal performance is more than a career choice…it’s a calling from God.

My primary goal in each session is to first listen to the client and carefully listen for the underlying goals. The goals beneath the surface. These are the goals that will drive you to push forward when you think you can’t. That’s the true essence of why you want to start training now and that’s what will help me in guiding you to get there.

Fitness is a journey. Journeys are ongoing. Trips have a destination. If you learn that along the journey there will be many forks in the road to teach you when to rest, when to take a breath, and when to keep going then you will know that you’re never done. I’m the person here to guide you on along that journey and remind you of why you began.
